Support

PharmMatch is a training app for pharmacists and pharmacy students. If something is wrong — a case, a translation, a bug — we would rather hear about it than not.

Get in touch

One address, read by the person who builds the app. Please say which language you were using and, for a clinical problem, the case title.

zidanabdullah640@gmail.com

Reporting a problem with a case

There is a flag icon in the top corner of every case. It opens a short form, lets you pick whether the problem is clinical, a bug or an idea, and hands the message to your own mail app with the case already identified. You can read and edit it before anything is sent, and nothing is sent if you change your mind.

If you would rather not use it, email the address above with the case title.

Deleting your account and your data

Everything PharmMatch knows about you is stored on your own device. There is no server and no account on our side, so there is nothing for us to delete and no request to make. You remove it yourself, and it is gone immediately:

On Android, a copy may also exist in your device's own Google backup, which is part of your Google account rather than ours. Google's backup settings control that.

If you want confirmation in writing, email the address above and we will reply; we will not be able to find any data of yours, because we do not have any.

Common questions

Is it free? Yes, entirely, during the open beta — every case, every category, the error log and the statistics, with no subscription and no adverts.

Why does it ask for my camera or photos? Only to set a profile picture, and only when you tap your avatar. Decline it and the app works exactly the same.

The app says it is showing bundled cases. It could not reach the published case file and fell back to the copy inside the app. The content is the same; nothing is missing.

I lost my progress after changing phones. Progress lives on the device. There is no account on a server to sign back in to, so it does not follow you.

PharmMatch is for training, not for patients. It is an educational tool. It is not a clinical decision support system, it is not a substitute for professional judgement, and it must not be used to make a decision about a real patient. Always work from your own current references and local guidance.
